How To Support Us

Join With Us:

The Trust depends on donations to carry out its work for the advancement of education in horticulture and conservation, and such projects as:  helping the young unemployed, and those with learning difficulties, and providing students worldwide with the opportunity to visit England in the spirit of international friendship.

The Founder, Trustees and all Volunteers work unpaid. We do not receive any government funding (but Calne Without Parish gave us a grant for classroom refurbishment in 2021)

All monies donated by you is used 100% directly for the cause or project to which you are contributing: there is no admin fee or charges or hiving off.

There are many ways in which you help our work and thereby the  cause of education and public welfare at the core of the Trust. To assist you we have created a drop down menus. You will find pages on:

1. Becoming a business sponsor.  (page now ready)

2. Donations of Stock  (page now ready)

Gift Aid: The Trust (charity number 1174239) is also registered with Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs (HMRC) as being eligible for Gift Aid. We have our own specially designed Gift Aid Forms with which we can supply you. This enables us to claim back from HMRC 25% of the value of your donation, thereby greatly enhancing your donation at no cost to you.

Businesses and HMRC: There are arrangements in place by HMRC to encourage charity giving by businesses by allowing them to claim back the cost of stock donations or of sponsorship via reduction of tax liability on net profits.

We'd like to form an association with you for mutual benefit. Scroll through the 5 pages listed above to see how you can do this!
